    Had me and my 2year old waiting for hours. I was there at 1:30 and left the building at 4:30 . One of the receptionist "checked us in" and actually didn't . She was busy talking instead of paying attention to her job. Not coming back again such a waste of time .

    I had a appointment this week and the doctor didnt even know anything they just did some test and there was like everything was negative you dont have nothing just rest and do you want me to give you some antibiotic if you want excuse me???

    I like how the personal attendance, BUT ITS SO HARD TO CALL AND TALK WITH THE MACHINE FOR DO THE APPOINTMENTS, NEVER UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU NEED!

    Today I had an appointment with my 7-year-old daughter who has bronchitis, the doctor took more than 40 minutes to see us, not satisfied with that, he spent only two minutes in the office, minutes in which I heard the lungs of My little girl asked where the pharmacy was and left saying that she had already placed the order for the medication, which in the end turned out to be a lie since an hour later, I spent an hour at CVS waiting for them to contact the doctor since he didn't put no type of specifications for my daughter's medication, it is delicate that they put health personnel who are not qualified to care for patients and who on top of that have a bad attitude and little willingness to work, if it were something free one would understand but one pays their insurance I really regret going there, I will definitely change my health provider.
