    Worst hotel ever today at 5:11 the black guy at the office was very rude I travel all the way from nyc and mind u I spent money for 2 days ahead of time u think they give me better services no I couldnt even get breakfeast early could of let me Im hungry they couldnt even help me

    On February 17, 2024, we went to Quality Inn to make sure our tenant checked out last night February 16, 2024. We called the morning of February 17, 2024 to ask if the tenant checked out. Casilda, front desk lady said she can't give me the information over the phone. We said it's in my name, so can she look it up. She said she can find it if we had the room number. We didn't have the room number so we decided to drive there. Once there, we gave ID, Credit card that was on file, reservation number and confirmation number. The tenant even called her while we were there and she told Casilda she checked out last night. We booked the room from 2/12/24 - 2/18/24 and we wanted to make sure we didn't get charged for 2/17/24 . She was not trying to be helpful, didn't want to help and gave us a hard time. customer service is terrible. The customer is a priority. Please get people who know what they're doing. On 2/12/24, the guy was very knowledgeable without giving him a reservation number. All he needed was my last name. We will dispute any additional charges because we arrived the hotel at 10:53am on February 17, 2024.
