My insurance provided me with a phone number to iSmile. I thought I was calling an oral surgeon. I spoke to a woman named Jennifer on the phone who explained that they specialize in braces, but she would be happy to help me find a surgeon in the area. She took a few minutes, gave me a couple of phone numbers to call. I was able to schedule with the first office I called. They accept my insurance and had availability this week. Jennifer was pleasant to speak with and went out of her way to help me, even when she knew I didn't need the services provided by her office. I will not hesitate to recommend this place based on the customer service I received over the phone alone.
