The receptionist needs a attitude adjustment she lied to my insurance company and said I had Procedures done when I didnt I had the procedure done months ago and then billed my insurance company like I had done them all the same day smh whats more up set is that she lied about it to me and my insurance and try to make me look like a lier when I know what was done to me the doctor is a good doctor but his receptionist gotta go she going to get him in trouble for lying to these insurance company dont get mad at me cuz you got caught in a lie smh lol

The dental hygienist was gentle and thorough during my cleaning. The dentist was very kind and informative about my choices. Equally important Office was well kept, have to say I was impressed.

I got my teeth cleaned yesterday, and it was the best cleaning I had ever received. My Dental Hygienist Emanuela was knowledgeable, kind, and best of all very thorough. I hope I get her each and every time; as I can tell how much she cares about her profession. I've been coming here for years, and it's the best dentist office I have ever visited. My dentist is the best! He's gentle, and expert at prioritizing my needs. He too is the best dentist I've ever had. The prices there are fair, and the rest of the team is amazing as well. Anyone in a 50 mile radius should consider Sparrow Dentistry in Waterbury, CT. They're simply the best!!

I went to Sparrow Dentistry to have a cleaning done for the first time! I was pleased with what i saw!.. The hygienist Emanuela (Ella) she was kind and friendly towards me! But most of all her work was professional and though, i like the fact that she took the time and explained to me what she was doing.. So for that!, that means a lot to me! Also the front desk, Diane was friendly and welcoming! If you are looking for a dentist office, i do recommend this one!

Great dentist. I had a toothache for weeks and was very courteous getting me in same day. Very passionate about his dental work and patients. My tooth was in pretty bad shape and he saved it. One of the best dentist teeth down in Connecticut. Best fortunes to you doc.
