SERVPRO of Meriden

From the first, I knew we were in good hands with ServPro. Mark Mastropietro was so calm and reassuring when he visited to look at our flooded basement. He outlined a game plan and had a cleaning crew on site very quickly. Asum, Claudio and Piero were amazing, helping us figure out what was salvagable and moving items into drying rooms they created from plastic sheets. They swept (even cleaning up kitty litter) and disinfected the floor section-by-section. They refused to let me pick up anything heavy, and even helped assemble our new shelves. We were a little surprised at the final cost, as the original verbal estimate was quite a bit less. But on the whole we were very happy with their work.

My basement flooded due to the March 2024 rainstorm. Servpro dried out my basement. They were prompt and did an excellent job. Thank you Maison and Edwin! I would definitely use Servpro in the future, but I hope I won't have to. But if I do, I'm 100% confident in their quality work.

Had a water leak in my house and Tony Maldonado came to the house to look at it, he was super professional and just a great guy. Made me and my wife feel like everything would get fixed perfectly. Very on point and always got back to me. His guys came to mitigate all the mold and did a great job! Highly recommend these guy
