This company has been nothing but a headache, first off there secretary stole part of our rent money, then they tried to evict us for that. Fought that, then we have put everything on the portal as they suggest, they never show up and when we call we are put on hold by rosa or get hung up on. Have had the health dept involved still it took months to be fixed if at all. this has gone on since the first day they bought the place. We never met our landlord and was told we will never see them. Then they give us 3 days to get out of the apt because they refuse to renew. But the sad part is they said they don't want to renew because they want us out so they can upgrade it and rent it for more money. Why not upgrade it for your tenants now. Nope they mad because we told them about themselves and took action, unlike the other tenants that live nasty and don't give a damn what their place looks like. Money hungry jews. I have had the worst experience with Jewish landlords that try and take over from NY. When I found out that Jewish ppl took over i knew there was going to be issues. But i have a diabetic teenage son a teenage daughter and a wife with lupus and fibro so finding a new place was and still is hard we've been looking for a yr. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

they took over property 6 months ago ive called 20 times manager is getting back to me and still no call they only show up to take care if snow after ive already cleaned it yesterday they showed up everything was clean and they put mud or sand whatever u want to call it all over the porch all over my mats it was clean wht too dirt on my mats so I track it into house I have never ever had this kind of service in my life normally u get a call back not from this company all they seem to care about is billing the landlord for work they don't do I have them on camera taking photos of the job I did so they can get paid unreal I run 2 companies if I didn't return calls I would be out of business

I'm a tenant ive been taking care if this property for 15 years snow lawn trash i do it all changed hot water heaters u name it this new company takes over comes out here hours after storm it was done they dragged shovel and did nothing leave not a word and charge landlord for nothing its already done ive called 10 times no one gets back to me its a joke I don't know how u can run a company like this. I was told management would get back to me that was 2 months ago and 10 calls SMH
