We had heard a few recommendations about Fabi's. We ordered the lunch special of eggplant parm and a slice of cheese pizza for takeout.Well! The eggplant came with a pasta side (yummy), and a small salad( OMW)! And bread knots. And it was so hot on my lap!We were finally getting to our destination to eat.The pizza slice was great. Check pizza slices for future visits.The main event is the eggplant parm loaded with eggplant, sauce, and cheese.We ate until we were plump full.Next time my wife says we are getting the meatball and two salads.We have found a place locally for our favorite meals and now 2 places for pizza we can bite and chew.Thank you for the great food and excellent service.

We tried Fabis pizza tonight for the first time. We ordered a large Mozzarella red sauce pie when arrived I immediately visually noted the size of pie box - evidently larger than other pizza restaurants. The crust was a perfect thickness and texture, similar to NY style with a Balanced amount of not to thick sauce with FRESH garlic and basil , the perfect drizzle of olive oil , to be clear not greasy at all. Topped with a Moderate amount of melted warm mozzarella where you can say a bit extra but not to much to be extra. The pie was Flavorful and Refreshing . Each bite satisfying my pallet. Not only was the flavor fantastic but the aroma was what one can only describe as what a pizza should smell Like. Driving home the aroma was causing my mouth to water; enabling anticipation for my first bite and when We lifted the larger than usual large pie box we Visually seen a picture perfect pie , We always try a regular pie with first go round with a pizza restaurants and they surpassed expectations!!! To be honest I was shocked that a small pick up restaurant , corner set in the back of building has created a heavenly simple refreshing pie. We will definitely be ordering our monthly pie from Fabis forward. Looking forward to trying the specialty pies. I have lived in Wallingford my entire life and historically would order from Amore to east side and/or a pie in New Haven. I would have to say now that possibly Fabis is the best bite of a-pizza I have had within this town. Just might be a little hidden Gem you all should all definitely try.

Best margarita pizza in Wallingford. It was so good I had to call the restaurant to tell them how good it was.
