      image Service is terrible. Multiple delays in communication on their side. Heard nothing for the first two weeks, despite being told I would hear back tomorrow and multiple unanswered messages on my end. They had the vehicle so long they then had the audacity to charge me storage fees saying that I was the problem. The many messages and unanswered calls I have on my phone show that's not true. I would hope if the service manager cared more, they would have better service.
