Hands down the very best massage you could ever get. Relaxing environment and Sheena is so knowledgeable and knows exactly how to get to the root of what is bothering you. Thankful to have found Optimal Massage !

Sheena is the most amazing massage therapist I have ever worked with. She is deeply passionate about her craft and very skilled at what she does. She pulls from so many different types of techniques to give her clients exactly what they need at each session. Beyond that, she creates a palpable, sacred space that will help you feel held and at ease.
