James and his team were amazing to work with! We only have 1 bathroom so I knew being without it for a few weeks would be tough but James always took that into account and did everything he could to keep the process speedy while still delivering great quality. I really appreciated how communicative he was through the whole process, keeping me in the loop every day of the project. We will not hesitate to hire him for any future projects. We hired Conn. Modern Builders to locate, access, repair and restore a water leak in our 3-bedroom condo in Branford. James Nazario provided prompt responses to our request for help in dealing with this leak, which appeared in the ceiling to the ground floor but was from an unknown source. James arrived with plumbers to inspect, and then to develop a plan to locate the source of the leak. To do so, they carefully cut open a series of access openings (3) in the wall and then the ceiling of the 1st floor. Once the source of the leak was identified, the plumbers quickly determined the best was to remove and place the leaking pipe section. James then made arrangements with our tenant to return to restore the wall and ceiling areas that had been cut open. The finished work is almost undetectable. Among the many aspects of the work done for this job was the care taken to keep the area around the work clean and protected. We and our tenant are very thankful we engaged James' company to take care of this leak, and fully recommend Conn. Modern Builders. We will certainly use James' company whenever the need arises. I can highly recommend James and CT Modern Builders for your home remodeling project. I was amazed at how professional and organized they were throughout the entire process. James is a craftsman and pays attention to every detail as if he was working on his own home. They were very efficient, on time and cleaned up thoroughly after each day they were working at our house. We will definitely be using them again for future home improvement projects! We used James to do some remodeling work in our kitchen. He rebuilt our island which was two tier to all counter height. He was in contact with us daily, cleaned up each day and let us know when he would be back. He has a family history of contractors with a strong work ethic so it was no surprise to us with with his work performance. Here are some before with the column and the tier counter and the after.
