        Excellent Service Center experience. Mark saved me quite a bit of money and the first time I feel like a service/repair shop treated me with respect despite my lack of knowledge about car parts and repairs. It should be first priority for all Chevrolet automobile owners, but highly recommend it even with a different make. Had valve cover gasket replaced along with spark plug replacement and fuel injector flush, they completed the work in decent time.

        Had a bad experience with an independent shop and questioned their repair assessment, was referred to executive by a friend who purchased a vehicle from you last year, met with Jeff D your service advisor who had a mechanic check my concerns and explained his findings and agreed that I was correct, he also took care of my airbag recall, I was extremely pleased by his experience and customer service and will be bringing both my GM vehicles to him for service.
