        Please beware of this bank! I own a small business and bank with KeyBank. Early into banking here, the bank approved a fraudulent transfer of nearly $100,000 out of our bank account. We received no alerts, even though this was far outside of our normal transaction amount (we dont have transactions beyond $2K) that this happened and when we discovered the charge KeyBank took no responsibility. They didn't assist us in the effort to recover funds, we were able to recover about half with our own hired private investigation. Shortly after this happened we "froze" our accounts and even with this KeyBank allowed several transactions to go through. We closed out our accounts and got in writing that they were closed and still KeyBank allowed transactions to come through. Please beware and do not put your money here! It is not safe!
