Superior Energy LLC

We called Superior Energy because our 13-year-old Rinnai propane boiler was randomly turning off and we wanted a second opinion. We didnt know if we would have to repair or replace it. It had been spotty for a while and (our mistake) we had waited too long to install a water softener. We were worried about the repair and replacement estimates we got from our usual HVAC company. Rich gave us a much lower estimate for essentially the same repair work. Turns out after that repair it had to be replaced anyway. (We suspected this was coming, but who can blame us for trying?) We replaced it with a Viessmann. Superiors replacement estimate also was lower than our usual HVAC companys. And Superior gave us a big discount on the repair work they did before realizing that repair would not be sufficient. That was decent of them. Whats more, Rich and Rick noticed that our propane tanks, which were installed by our previous propane supplier, were in a bad location. They were too close to our A/C unit (which that previous company also installed) and also too close to the boiler vent. Two building code violations! We called town hall to ask if those 10-feet-apart codes had been in place when the tanks were installed. The building inspector confirmed that they were. We were glad Rich and Rick pointed out this safety hazard that we had been living with unknowingly. So they installed two new tanks in an appropriately distanced location and we are their propane customers now. We are glad we called Superior. Rick and the installation team Rich, Tom, Herb and Mike got us going and we are happy with the new setup. Recommended!

Met Bryant our delivery person last week, super friendly and knowledgeable, he filled/tested our tanks and even offered to replace them if we wanted newer ones. He is excellent with customer service considerations and suggestions, and Superior Energy is very fortunate to have Bryant as a Representative of The Company. Hope Neil our previous Rep is doing well, he set the standard for many to follow. We're very blessed with such great people to work with. I have been using Superior for 18 years. They are very attentive and have a new app to view amount of propane in tank. Latoya in the office is especially courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Every single person at Superior has been a pleasure to work with - Rick, Patty, Mike, and Port. With a recommendation in hand I contacted Superior for information on installing propane tanks for a new generator. After the first call back which happened immediately the Superior Team has worked in partnership with us and our electrician on every aspect of the process, explaining everything thoroughly and making sure every step of the processes was timely and professional. I have already recommend Superior to others as they are the BEST!
