Came here to have a broken bolt fixed and exhaust leak taken care off. I dropped the car off waiting to hear back for a quote. Never heard back so when I called they told me I was looking at 1000$ when they never confirmed with me the work they were doing. I was only expecting to pay a few hundred as they werent providing any materials just labor. After trying to work with the mechanics about price they did not budge and were extremely rude when they never even authorized with me the work they were doing. My understanding was they would extract a bolt and weld the leak. They ended up charging me over 1000 and required cash only. To be fair the work they did seemed good but I dont appreciate the unconventional Bussiness practice. Professional scam artists avoid at all costs. Service: Exhaust

No one expects their furniture to fall apart, so this morning when the leg of my worktable broke, I knew it would be a long day. I made a number of phone calls in search of a welder. Several shops wouldnt take such a small job, two others, though listed online, were out of business. But, Exhaust Specialist LLC, on River St. in Rockville, is in business, actually had a human being to answer their phone, was willing to take the job, did it professionally and immediately [while-you-wait] at a fair, reasonable price [I would have paid more because of the importance of the work table] and I was able to go home and put my table/workspace back together this afternoon, the natural order restored. Frustrating mishaps like this happen all the time and really throw a wrench in the works, but having/finding a genuine, skilled tradesman to help out in a jam is refreshing. This is how capitalism, and the free market are designed and supposed to work. I highly recommend Exhaust Specialist LLC.
