You would find a better residence in the North end of Hartford ,then you would with Vernon housing authority,the executive director is playing the race card, that's the only reason she's got a job there, if you white or black back of the bus,but if your Puerto Rican your in,their staff is totally oblivious to what there job is and what they're doing The maintenance staff comprised of a maintenance supervisor who is totally clueless a dude that doesn't speak English another guy that can't walk and a woman. They have their maintenance workers doing electrical work which is totally illegal I understand the renovate in Grove Court I give it a year before the maintenance group screws that all up my voice is far away from Vernon housing authority as possible and if anybody from the town reads this I would investigate them I would definitely look into the maintenance supervisor extortion comes to mind today's far away from that hell hole is possible
