room 1/5 bathroom with bandage on the shower head sink almost clogged spider web in the corner of the room floor never wash so much that you walk and the shoes stick to the floor the heating system is never cleaned it looked like a cat dead so much dust there is too expensive for what is here it smells like a friend very loud in the corridor the wardrobes are almost destroyed ps: never come here it is the worst hotel I have seen

i rented a room at about 8:30 on a Saturday night. it was clear that no rules or regulations were followed as doors slammed all night, and kids were found smoking in the room next to mine. they were discovered after they set the fire alarm off and had everyone in the lobby from 11:30 pm to 12:30 pm. i asked for a refund and was told to contact the owner later to process that refund. i left at that time and called the next day. she told me she "doesn't want my business if i'm not a human being who understands these things happen" . needless to say, i was not given a refund. lady - make sure you adhere to your own rules. would give negative 5 stars.

You get what you pay for. TV didn't work at first had tonhave the person on duty to come get it to turn on. No ice in the ice machine and site advertised breakfast but nope.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we checked in to the room there was black mold on the ceilings in both the main room and bathroom, there were bare wires exposed on the light fixtures in the bathroom. When my wife went to unplug her curling iron from the outlet in the bathroom the outlet came partially out from the wall! NONE of the icemakers were working in the entire facility. The exercise room was locked and when my wife checked with the front desk to find out why, he simply said "it locked up for now" that's it no explanation as to why or when it would be opened again. The man at the desk had an Indian accent so strong we could not understand him hardly at all and neither could the people that were calling in because he had to keep repeating himself over and over...he got so impatient with one caller he told them "call back later" and hung up. There was a man sleeping in a chair in the main lobby and was wearing a safety vest so I assumed he was "working" there...my advice STAY AWAY and shame on the RED ROOF INN company for allowing this!
