I've been working with Lily for almost 15 years and I can genuinely say that I have never once had a bad experience. I completely trust her with my color and cut as she has never steered me wrong. Love the staff, everyone is welcoming, always a fun time to be around, and very attentive to their clients. If you're in the area I highly recommend The Beauty Mark, you won't regret it!

Wish we read the reviews before going to get haircut-style. Others had terrible hair cuts and styles. So this isnt the first! Sweet staff. But competency-zero. Owner very defensive and verbally combative when trying to explain her staff cut hair very uneven. Couldnt even go out to the store or restaurant. Never ever had such an experience. Stay away, unless you want damaged hair. Owner offered to try to correct, but How could one trust the owner if shes allowing staff to cut hair very uneven and let them leave her salon like that. And she stated she has surveillance cameras, so she sees how poorly people leave. Getting the cut corrected at competent salon. Could never take a chance for another disaster experience.

As a busy mom of three, I rarely have a free minute to write a review, but my visit here today was just one of those experiences that compelled me to find the time to give a shout out to this beautiful salon and specifically to Miette, who is an absolute gem! Not only did she do a magnificent job on my hair, she was just such a sweetheart :) highly recommend her!
