        Best homemade bread in Connecticut! We drive 1.5 hours just to be able to get their bread. The people are great.

      Sorry you were not completely satisfied with you order. We do not add salt to our sandwiches but do offer the option to add salt and pepper or we also offer them in packets for you to add what you will like. Our music, we rotate between 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, soft classic rock and Disney stations. Saturday mornings especially, we have a lot of young children coming is and they get a kick out of hearing Disney. We have been lucky to have them sing along.

      Scott, We make breads at our bakery. We mill our wheat on site, so our whole grain breads are 100% whole wheat. We make a wide variety of breads from sweet and savory. Actually some of our most popular breads are our sourdough, pepperoni roll, white cheddar garlic and cinnamon chip. We do make ciabatta rolls, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and we make grinder rolls that are about 15 inches long but we make them by request. We offer them in our Country White, Honey Whole Wheat and Sourdough breads. Because we make them fresh every morning, we ask that you order them the day before you need them and we will make them fresh for you that day. We do make sandwiches but we make them on our freshly made breads.
