Just recently moved in love the apartment and rent is perfect really nice setup first time renting a apartment and all of them helped me out a lot I called them a lot too and still were nice to me and responded right away to help me with the move in process. Thank you!!!!!

I want to thank the manager and the maintenance team in charge of the property I live at. They have been attentive and accommodated with my requests. I have been here for a lil over a year and I am having a great experience I have great neighbors and I like the fact that it is close to my child's school.

Very very very poor communication! It is impossible to get ahold of someone that works in any type of office. Also it has been 43 days since i have moved out and i still have not received my $1300 security deposit i have emailed them multiple times and have gotten no response. Would not recommend renting from them at all this is just one issue i have had there is many more!

I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to live here. They were infested with bed bugs prior to our lease being signed and we were not informed. I only found out after talking to neighbors. Exterminator spray multiple times, informing us each time that our apartment wasnt the infestation and that it had to be somewhere else in building unreported. Not only is that gross, but when we contacted them to solve issues they were unresponsive. We decided to break our lease because of this. When I went to submit the 30 day notice, they wouldnt answer their phones, emails, or the door at the office. After many hours of trying to contact them, they sent the move out info. Then once we moved out, they still attempted to charge us rent after agreeing we wouldnt have to and they would just keep our deposit. I attempted to contact them about removing the charge and no surprise they wouldnt answer their phone or emails for 3 days. TLDR: do not sign a lease here. It was a living nightmare.
