I had an amazing experience at Ballo for a birthday dinner! Service was great, staff were friendly and the food was great!!!

My girlfriend and I are at the casino quite a bit. Ballo used to be our go to restaurant. Last time we were there, you had to now pay 10.00 for the bread, pay for balsamic vinegar to dip and could not deviate (and willing to pay) for the charcuterie board. Last night, we wanted to give it another chance. Much to our dismay, it was worse. I got the Brussels sprouts on the side and am allergic to the honey. They could have added olive oil/seasoning and there was nothing. My girlfriend, as seen in the pictures got meatballs and spaghetti. Our basic for an Italian restaurant and should be knocked out of the park. The meatballs tasted like the frozen ones from Walmart and spaghetti along with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses was bland. More importantly, the sauce!! Sauce especially from an Italian restaurant should NEVER BE watery. With so much competition of restaurants in the casino, this should not be ones choice to dine at

Went to Ballo for Easter. For 4 rolls they now charge 10. I had a steak which i ordered med , steak was raw and very chewy , I should of sent back but just chose not to eat it. We also ordered the pork chop which we waited half hour for , the whole inside was uncooked.we also had the veal and chicken parm which were below average. Been coming here for years, quality of food has declined greatly. For 360 meal for four i expect more and will not be coning back.

Incredible food, drinks and fast friendly service. Definitely would come back.
