Steve was extremely easy to work with and very flexible regarding scheduling to look at different sites for a potential office location. He was able to provide us with a lot of information for each site we visited and also followed up to see if we had any other questions or needed help with our decisions. Would definitely work with Steve in the future if the need arises!

Steve and Mark went above and beyond to have my house sold and at a great price. They gave me pointers on things to help the sale.I could not have been pleaed wit the outcome.

Why 5 stars, because Steve Hodson has been and still is the best commercial realtor I have every worked with, for both "property for sale" and "commercial leases" as space becomes vacant. He has always worked hard to get a deal to work out. If you are thinking of leasing or buying a commercial property, you can NOT find any one better or more professional then Steve.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I have to brutally honest, working with this agency was a nightmare. They never answer the phone, theyre completely dishonest and unorganized. Daniel H. Kryzanski scheduled an appointment with me to show a commercial location and never answered the phone to confirm our appointment. However, I still arrived on time and I noticed he was showing another client the same place. As I walked over to meet him, I noticed he disappeared. I called him and he wouldnt answer the phone. After my third attempt to get in contact with him, I noticed he turned his phone off. I couldnt believe the complete disrespect Daniel was showing me. As I stood in front of the location, I noticed Daniel on his motorcycle, looking at me . When he noticed that I recognized him, he looked away and proceeded to drive away . I called the main office and Steve apologized on his behalf but Im still appalled by the treatment I endured. I highly do not recommend this business .
