      image Tried to charge me 80$ for getting a watch fitted, and employees are unfriendly. Went here to get a watch sized and paid $40. The service was quick but the employee was not very personable or friendly. I thought the watch was still a little loose but the employee advised me it would be too tight if more was removed. After wearing the watch for a week, I realized it was still too big and needed only one more link removed. I went back and was not greeted by any employees or offered helped. After 10 min I asked for help and if my watch could be resized again and they said it would cost another $40. $80s seems ridiculously expensive to me, especially since I was already a client. I ended up going to the watch kiosk in front of target, only cost $10 and the men was super friendly. Will not be going to Kay jewelers in the future.
