I had called mid week to see if someone could come see the project we needed done and i was told 1:00 the following Monday. the following Monday at 1:30 I had to call and remind them of our appointment. She finally shows up we discussed everything we wanted in detail and the designer told me she would have a design to show me by Friday. So its Friday and by this time we haven't been contacted all so I called around 12:00 that afternoon just to touch base and see where things were at and was told she would have something to show me by the end of the day. So around 4 o'clock we finally get the proofs and its the exact opposite of everything we discussed, and it looked rushed. I clearly expressed I thought the design was terrible. since that discussion, no one's reached out. The business itself hasn't offered any alterations or maybe a different designer for the job all together. I guess when you dislike something they do you just get ignored
