        I wanted to give a shout out to the Torrington post office for helping me to redirect my package so I could pick it up. I recently moved and they have assisted me with a few issues related to changing my address, always with kindness. Thanks specifically to Dave for your amazing customer service and for making sure everything worked out! I appreciate being able to call and talk to you an actual person who gives me direct assistance! We know you are busy and work hard! This teacher definitely appreciates your help!

        The drive up box outside is full and could not get anyones attention to empty it. People are nice here but they should be checking more often especially around the holidays. The drive up box is overflowing. They should make it easier when you call in to speak to a local rep so we can inform them of these issues

        Cant even do the simplest of tasks. They take 0 accountability when the issue is clearly their fault. I set up a package to be picked up in storethey gave it to my carrier for redelivery. The heavyset guy who just lingers around in the background and does absolutely nothing gave me an attitude and he didnt like it when I gave him one back. These people are great examples of government employees.
