Literally just wanted to check on my moms derm referral. Dad called hes still waiting on hold for almost an hour at this point. Its actually ridiculous. I tried calling them as well for her and I am also stuck on hold. This is my office as well and I have never seen them busy enough to justify these hold times.

IfnI could give negative 10o stars I would. Long story short nothing absolutely horrible hold times, waiting room times, waiting in exam toom times, rudest staff I have ever met. If I could sue and have them serve lengthy jail time for the LA of ethics, dignity, medical mal practice, pain and suffering, plus what ever else my lawyers could think og I would. I don't need the money despite neibg massively in debt, buy I don't want others ro get this negative level of medical help.

Its nearly impossible to contact them by phone so today 2/15/24 Ive was on hold for 28 minutes . Finally they answered I had to explain the situation 3 times. Put back on hold for another 10 minutes finally the call was taken by a nurse who was nice but couldnt answer the question. She said she would give the Dr a note and they would call my husband back today. I think he needs to find another practice Ever since Dr Lomibao retired service, professionalism has suffered patients are now numbers instead of people. Drs Dont stick around long enough to get to know their patients. It probably would have been quicker to drive to the office to ask the question. Zero stars

If I could give a 0 I would. When I had Covid, I wanted to speak with someone to see if I should start med. First day positive, not feeling well, I spent the day trying to get through....3 different times I was on hold over half an hour. Thr next day I felt a little better and decided not to pursue any medication. How is this good healthcare? Then months later, I needed a pre-approval for a new med for my insurance. I tried to get through for 2 weeks after my appointment to see what the hold up was. This is a very simple task so my pharmacist confirmed. She, my pharmacist, called me on day 10 to tell me she couldn't get through to their office after being on hold herself for one hour. Day 13 I drove down to the office and begged/ questioned why I couldn't get through, neither could my pharmacist...and that I wanted the pre-approval done the next day. I was asked " What number are you calling?" REALLY! The next day my pharmacy said it was done and they were filling my script. So that was 2 weeks waiting for a simple task to happen so I could start a medication. And, the appointment I went to when I was prescribed this medication...11/2 hour wait. I left at 6:30 p.m. out the side door because they had locked up the front door for the day. I love Julia Wells, but cannot forsee a future of quality healthcare here.

Should be 0 stars. Waited over 1 1/4 hours to speak to someone before I gave up. It has been a week and a half so far trying to get a prescription renewed. Caregivers are great whenever I have been in the office, but almost impossible to contact.
