I've been coming to this hotel for sometime now and I can say the rooms are good if your complaining about a room smelling like smoke you must of got a smoking room I never had any issues with any of the workers they are very respectful and kind Tina will go above and beyond for the people that come here she will even work out prices for you if you come to her correct Terry is a good dude too only seen him a couple times but it's always been great with him as well keep up the good work you guys will always spend my money here

This was a horrible stay !
They show pictures of a pool thats not working because itll take six figures to fix
Phones were not working in the room because that would be another cost to fix
The Jacuzzi was dirty and we were not able to use it
I was only offered 10% off because I did not accept another room when one was offered
As far as breakfast, there were four little donuts, four bagels, and some horrible coffee

To add to my post since you can't reply once the hotel replies I did stay at your hotel so having no record of me staying there is absolutely ridiculous I'm so glad that you think that you can get away with saying that there's no records of me staying there and you're right there are no records of these complaints but I did leave you this review because your hotel could use some maintenance and clean up so yes again I stayed at your motel so stop trying to hide behind the fact that you don't think that I stayed at your motel. If I so choose to stay there again I'll take pictures to prove that I stayed at your motel but I don't think that I'd give you the business again because the dirt and food outside the motel room was disgusting and making a bed backwards with the sheet on top of the blanket and no fitted sheet on the mattress isn't classy The only positive note to staying at your motel was the jacuzzi was amazing
