I arrived late in the day and needed to overnight a package, they not only rushed to get me the pricing options they then expedited my experience so I would make the UPS cut off and not either spend even more to get it there or prolong my delivery time. Exceptional staff, amazing service & great prices

I have come to this establishment a couple times for my shipping needs (Theyre an authorized UPS location too!). Each time I come, the service is excellent. Always greeted with a smile, here youll get fast & friendly service. What more can you ask for?

I have finally finished a thriller based in Torrington.  I had in mind the perfect cover but it is a framed pastel which couldn't be dismantled.  An amazing photographer took the perfect shot through the glass and then the artists, Lisa and Dave, went to work and created the most perfect cover imaginable.  It blows away anything I've ever seen in fiction on Amazon.  They are meticulous in their work and will not let any problem get in the way of a perfect finished product.  Anyone who wants that perfect cover for a book and won't settle for the junk that's free -- call Oddo.  Did I say they are super friendly???
