i have a huge safety concern with hartford healthcare with them protecting not only my hippa rights but the hippa rights of other people its disturbing. and the way security handled the situation by trying to remove me from the property before i had a chance to speak they asked me to leave grounds so i had to return with police. cops and public safety officers by law are to provide name and badge number when asked and every single security officer that was there refused and there was atleast 7 of them and no one provided that info i have it all recorded the depths that they will go to protecting there own pathetic and i guarentee this employee will still be employed by HARTFORD HEALTH CARE and there affiliates and when they finally saw the clear violation they still didnt idenitfy themselves but knew they messed up

Dr. Pope and his staff in Glastonbury office are professional, friendly, kind and very helpful. Dr. Pope was helpful explaining to me what might be causing my chronic cough and he was very thorough explaining it to me. I am so happy to have found this well known pulmonologist and excellent physician and his staff.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Pope last week, after going through my entire medical records he was able to make a diagnosis and set up a treatment plan for me. As with all my other HHC doctors and their support staff I am so pleased with the care and time they take to listen to me and alleviate all my concerns. I believe I'm getting the best possible care. Thank you Dr. Pope.

Very professional and attentive. I did not feel rushed, my concerns were listened to and resolved . I felt very comfortable and know my health is in good hands!
