Neil and Austin and their crew did a great job with my roof. They were very organized, did the job as promised and completed it in less than two days! They were also fair and competitive with their pricing. If you need a new roof or siding I recommend using FCE!

Fairfield County Exteriors are professionals in every sense of the word. I couldnt be happier that I chose them. Its difficult to put how much I trust them into words. My home had some very old and rotting wood that we upgraded to fantastic James Hardie siding. It was about a 3-week project. Every step of the way Neil, Austin, Felipe gave solid advice and ideas. Their work ethic is UNMATCHED! They are PERFECTIONISTS! They did not overprice the job! They kept my property clean! They went way above and beyond on each detail. You can tell that they love what they do, and theyre the best at it. Its a breath of fresh air to know that guys like this exist. If youre looking to get any kind of exterior work done, look no further. Call them.

We used FCE for siding and window install and couldnt have asked for a better experience. From the first meeting, Neil and Austin were professional and very responsive. We always felt they looked out for our best interest and were never trying to sell anything. They gave us multiple window and skylight options and clearly priced each item separately, which helped us decide which route was best for us. Their crew is also a pleasure to work with- very detailed and thorough.The end result was beautiful and we have already gotten a lot of comments from neighbors saying how nice the house looks. We worked with Austin and Neil this past spring and I couldnt recommend them enough. We had FCE put on a new roof and Hardie siding along with everything that goes with that, including new lighting, gutters, new trim, new door, small clean up items etc. Austin was our main contact and was incredibly responsive when we had questions and he came by the job often to check in on how things were going. (We didnt work closely with Neil but every interaction with him was great as well). Felipe, the lead on the project, was meticulous and timely. He truly does an excellent job with installation and was also very helpful when we had questions throughout the project. In addition, they both provided suggestions throughout that genuinely improved the final product. I really appreciated the teamwork of these two and their team. They knew what was going on at all times, kept incredibly close to the timeline and kept us informed if there was any change needed. They were really friendly and kind when explaining home items I knew nothing about and that isnt always the norm for their line of work. All-around very professional! In addition to being a joy to work with, their work product is excellent quality. We have lived with the updates for more than 6months now and have had no issues. The house still looks brand-new thanks to their work! The one time we thought there was a problem they were quick to respond and it ended up being user error on our side for one of the cameras installed. I highly recommend Austin and his team at FCE.
