1111 Stratford

I cannot say enough good things about 1111 Stratford. Not only is the property itself beautiful and in a great location but the staff is truly amazing. Both Amanda and Cayley are exceptionally intelligent women. They have gone above and beyond for my entire stay here. They have helped me in ways that I am sure is not required of them but they always were so happy to help. And I cannot forget to mention Sal who handles all of the maintainence for the property, he was always available and always did an incredible job. An overall incredible experience.

Had a terrible experience here, if I could give it 0 stars I would. The ladies that work here dont seem to have it all the way together, they have trouble reading bank statements to verify your income you clearly make. Then say its not their job to go through them to verify income. So why ask for them? One person says one thing and another the next. If you try and understand where the mistake may have come from they say someone is arguing but I guess no one there is capable of an adult conversation. Amanda is extremely rude and unprofessional and needs a new career if she cant hold a conversation like an adult. Seems like the company just wanted another application fee. Hopefully they take it and buy the ladies a brain cell.

Nothing but positive things to say about both the property and the staff. Amanda and Cayley are amazing and always go above and beyond for their tenants. Sal who is in charge of maintenance is also amazing and the most helpful Ive ever come across. Absolutely amazing team here and I cannot recommend them enough.
