If you are buying or selling a home in the Stratford area I highly recommend Mike Julian and his team! Selling the house that you grew up in is not easy, especially after losing a parent. It can be emotional and overwhelming. However, working with Mike, I never felt any of those things. He really went above and beyond to sell this house. His recommendations were spot on for everything and we ended up with dozens of showings, 9 offers in 4 days, all of which were over asking price. Mike was very helpful and patient. His background as a civil engineer enabled him to point out good and bad details I'd have not known to look for. For example, the house I ended up buying had work that needed to be done in the basement. Mike's pointing that out allowed me to make an affordable bid that left me enough to have the necessary work done. The first broker I met with was high pressure, pushing me to buy a house that weekend. Mike understands that buying a house is a major decision, and allowed me all the time needed to make that decision. He was also helpful with making connections to various people in town I'd need to be working with.
