Idk what people are talking about on here, literally in and out in 30 mins and had my cleaning, exams and x-rays done for under $300. Can't find that anywhere

I had an appointment at 8:45am @ dental department 01/23/2024. I was running 3 min late so I called front desk to let them know and ask if I can still come for my appointment Im 2 min away. Front desk told me yes as long as its before 9:00am. I arrived around 8:50am. The front desk check me in and told me take a seat. At 9:00am she told me the provider stated she could only see me if her 9:15am appointment doesnt come in. I sat and waited this whole time just for desk to say out loud she wont be able to see you because her 9:15 appt just came in this is all she said to me. And lets not forgot they rescheduled my first appointment a couple days before because they said the provider as an emergency. Where is the manners such as Im sorry she wont be able to see you today would you like to reschedule for another day. Im writing this to say that you guys are very unprofessional and need to communicate better .

Awful. Wish I read the reviews of the dental office prior to making an appointment. I showed up this morning at 8:15am to my sons appointment and they told me they had a flooding issue (gross) and needed maintenance to come so they were not able to see my son for his appointment. I had re arranged my entire morning for this appointment. I dont think Ive ever showed up to an appointment where a professional has not been able to see me or my family members and had to cancel. The receptionist was not apologetic and seemed to not care about the inconvenience. In fact, it sounds like this type of thing is typical for this office. Very unprofessional, location isnt great and I would be willing to bet its not the most hygienic. This was our 1st appointment so I have never been inside. Needless to say, we wont be going back. Found a different dentist immediately.

Scheduling a dental appointment with them is a joke. Theyll just call you the month of and reschedule stating that the dr isnt going to be in or is leaving early. They rescheduled me three times and the dates are just not convenient. Im ecstatic that I was able to find a professional dental office somewhere else.
