        If I could give less than one star I would. The worst service and communication Ive ever received at a boat yard. They seem like nice guys but whoever is running the operation knows nothing about the basics of customer service. They just charged my credit card without getting my approval too best of luck!

        Called a week ahead for fuel and was told they had it and just call an hour ahead. Called an hour ahead and was told to come in. When Im in front of the dock they call me and tell me they screwed up and have no fuel. Then suggested another marina that was supposedly south but is actually north. Left me in a difficult spot. Obviously I do not recommend this place.

      Hi Tommy, thank you for your visit to Safe Harbor Stratford and for your candid review. We apologize for the inconvenience but we just completed the replacement of our fuel tank this week. We had anticipated this being completed late last week, unfortunately the team was not able to finish it. Once we realized this our team called and let you know of the situation.
