    Shannon Landscaping does an amazing job! Theyve done my lawn care for 3 years now and my lawn has never looked better! Recently, I was injured and couldnt do my fall leaf work. Shannon did such an amazing clean up that I may just use them every year and save my weekends! (The owners are wonderful people too!!)

    The photo on the right, lush green turf, is my lawn in August 2022. On the left is my lawn September 2023. I have used Shannon for fertilizer, weed and pest control for the 2023 season. Need I say more? Addendum: Oct. 2023 - Under their warranty program, and at no expense to me, Shannon sent a consultant and performed the required lawn repair. My lawn is now much improved. I felt it was necessary to add this addendum to thank Shannon for their response and their prompt remediation. Two additional photos show the dramatic improvement.

    I have been a loyal customer for four years. Traditionally, every fall, I contact Shannon Lawn and Landscaping to schedule an irrigation pump-out, a process that has gone smoothly in the past. This year, I reached out on October 6th and spoke with a representative who assured me that I would receive the necessary paperwork via email to sign/pay immediately after our conversation so that I may be added to the schedule. Regrettably, the promised paperwork did not arrive. Consequently, I followed up on October 18th to inquire about the delay. I spoke with Robin, who explained that she was awaiting confirmation from a technician regarding their availability for servicing my irrigation system. She promised to provide an update by the end of the day but failed to do so. As a result, I had to contact them once more on October 19th to seek clarification. During this call, I was informed that I would be placed on a waiting list, and the soonest I could expect to hear if my service would be added to the schedule, would be some time in November. This was attributed to my failure to sign the automated renewal email in the spring, which included services I did not require. When I inquired about potential alternatives, I was advised to consider seeking assistance from another service provider, as Shannon Lawn and Landscaping would be unable to provide a definitive answer until sometime in November. It was also brought to my attention that this year's policy had undergone changes, information that was apparently unknown to the representative I initially spoke with. Although Robin maintained a courteous demeanor during our interactions, her tone came across as somewhat condescending, and I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously. I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service I have encountered, particularly considering my consistent patronage over the past four years. Good morning Fedel, We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your lawn. There are many issues that can occur during the summer months that can cause damage to a lawn such as fungus, grubs, and surface insects. Especially, with the weather conditions we experienced this year. All of our lawn fertilization customers are entitled to a free lawn evaluation and are covered under warranty for lawn repair if the issue is at fault of our program. Our plan is to send a Landscape Consultant to evaluate to determine what is occurring. We look forward to hearing from you and addressing your concerns.

Thank you for your feedback. At this time of the season, our irrigation technicians are working diligently through our schedule to ensure that all of our customers who accepted their annual service contract have their systems winterized in a timely manner. There is a short window of time to winterize systems and our staff does their best to prioritize and schedule based on customer fall watering needs and the weather. You received and ignored multiple notices (4 to be exact) from our company giving you the opportunity to be put on the blow-out service renewal list which helps us prioritize you as our customer. Your lack of response caused us to remove you from our priority list, which is not unreasonable and also common practice for most businesses that operate in the service industry. That said, we put you on a waiting list and would have worked it into our route to the best of our availability. Expecting same or next day service in this case is unrealistic as this is not an emergency service. Historically, we winterize systems through the end of November, so we would have gotten it done for you. We don't feel that your 1-star review was a fair assessment of our company and believe that you also share some of the ownership of this negative review.
