        Once Again Hands on Heating came to our rescue. Our oil furnace next door stopped working last night. Eddie once again was very easy to reach and came out quickly to look at our issue. This time his son Mark was with him. Mark is also a very experienced and talented technician and repair person. They are methodical and check all fundamental components first they then pinpoint the issue and figure the best way to address it. They never give up and do everything possible to get your issues addressed. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and HVAC repair needs.

        Giving 2 Stars as they did come out and change a few parts and clean out boiler but it seems we were overcharged by a lot. Had two other plumbers look at the invoice and tell me this. On top of that we lost heat twice right after we were serviced by them. They came out the first time and ignored my text the next time.

        Eddie helped us when our home furnace stopped working, recently...on one of the coldest nights, I might add! We called him VERY early in the morning, TOO EARLY and after a few funny comments between my husband and Eddie, he assisted us and offered to come to our house the next day to check on my husband's work and help us with another heating related issue. We will be forever grateful and will be calling Hands On Heating for our heating related work in the future.

        I found Hands on Heating via a Google search when SCGC told me I could call a private company vs. waiting up to 48 hours for a service call when my heat when out. Eddie answered my call and surprised me by offering to trouble shoot the issue over the phone. Amazing! He quickly realized my boiler needed some help and was at my house in short order. He and his son had the part needed on their truck (a new pump for the boiler), made sure to explain what went wrong and did it in a patient and swift manner. They had the heat back up and running in no time. These guys are excellent and are up on the latest technology!!! I highly recommend Hands on Heating for anything related to "fire & ice".

      Hi, Katherine I'm sorry you feel that you were overcharged, but Im pretty sure we let you know what the job was going cost before we replaced any parts, or even before we paid you a visit. Im a 150 % sure that we are with in the industry standard, if not below cost compare to other HVAC companies out there. We do not book jobs or service calls via text. So you must have called us to come out the first time. If you had any issue after our visit you should have called instead of texting. I answer my phone 24/7 365. You don't get an answering service, or a receptionist when you call us. You get me, the owner directly. I answer all the companies calls. Thank you
