I have never even bought a bouquet from these people, I was GOING TO and the person over the phone was so nasty and rude they are never getting my services.

I have to say I am very disappointed with the actual arrangement. What they sent looked NOTHING like what I ordered I understand substitutions are needed at times but It is Valentines day and in the picture where over 12 roses. What they delivered has 6. There are three choices and I picked the middle one. Does that mean you get 1 rose- 6- or 12? Nowhere on the site does it say how many roses but if you are going to put that picture that is bait and switch!!!!! The bouquet in the picture is very full yet what was delivered was very lacking in that area. They did not deliver on the date I ordered BUT we did get 8 inches of snow. So that is understandable. Delivered the next day. I googled local florist to use a local business but this was not worth $70. Very disappointed -

I was blown away! We had a family friend and family member pass away within a week of each other. I was pricing out a floral spray and a bouquet within 5 days of each loss. The prices from other Florists in the area were absolutely insane! Dillon provided such absolutely gorgeous displays for 40% to 60% less and delivered something so beautiful it exceeded every expectation. In fact so much so, friends and family were asking where we got the flowers and I was happy to share it was Dillon's! Also, the young woman on the phone was so very lovely and understanding about our losses, a truly beautiful soul, sorry I'm horrible with names or else I would share that. Without hesitation recommend them for any occasion! I will not be using any other Florist ever!
