He was also friendly and everything is working great after his repair and replacement of the service station. We have had our printers services by Copiers Plus for several years now. They know their way around a variety of printers including large format machines, which we've found difficult to repair in house. They always get us back up and running quickly. Most recently we decided to upgrade our large format printer.
