I called Bob about a problem we were having with no sound on the TV, and he called me back within the hour and gave us a few suggestions to fix it which we hadnt tried. They worked, and we were very happy with his help over the phone. Not many repair people would do that. Thanks again Bob!

The representative called me back within a half hour on a Saturday! We discussed openly and practically whether he should work on my TV or if I should purchase a new one. He also gave me practical advice re my laptop. I found an honest repair person!

I call Bob, and he was able to come within a few hours to give me and estimate on fixing my LG TV
He was very polite he did overview look at the TV told me if it was not worth fixing it, I appreciate that more than anything, honest and trust worthy, awesome gentleman hes the one you want to call in this area if you need repairs on TVs.
