Worst Service Ever!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I rent a kiosk at the mall. We were aware we would be paying for garbage. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY INVOICES. On top of that, they charged us late fees on invoices they never even sent out. As a business owner, I feel the least they can do is reach out to let the business know of the outstanding invoice. They are just money hungry SOB's. I am very disappointed!

We own a business which is subject to trash service through Keter. At first, we were unaware of this, and had a few months worth on unpaid installments pile up. Our fault! Once I took note of this - I reached out to our designated point of contact: Robert Wright. The first time I connected with him, he said their card payment processing system was down, that he could not take an initial payment from me at that time, but that he would call me back the following day. No such call ever came. After this, it took a month, an email, two failed calls and a voicemail to get back in touch with Robert. At which point my account was pending collections. I expressed these concerns to Robert when finally I was able to connect with him and he collected our first installment and put us on a payment plan... finally! The real kicker was when after that, I received a letter in the mail saying I had been passed to collections - despite my payment plan and active payment status. Whats more - I continually receive a monthly "processing fee" for receiving a printed invoice (a letter) which I involuntarily receive in the mail from Keter. I have asked Robert on two separate occasions to stop sending me these letters at a personal cost of $4 per, and to instead opt me in for email invoices. He has on both occasions obliged - but the "processing fee" still persists. The level of neglect and disregard I have received from Keter, and namely Robert Wright is matched by no other. I cannot express my frustration in any sufficient manner, no matter how extensive I make this review.

I have no idea who they are. I never signed up for their services. I dont have garbage at my business. I do have a store in the mall, but I dont sell product. So I dont have any waste. I have an escape room. I was told that my garbage was included with my lease. I may have a McDonalds bag once a week, but I take that home with me. They will not shake my business down. I have no idea who they are. They dont answer their phones, emails or letters in the mail. Not really sure why a company on the East Coast would be handling garbage on the West Coast. Seems like some kind of scam. They would somehow have to prove that I signed some form of a contract with them. Which I did not. All of the other reviews on here regarding this company are accurate.

Does anyone at Keter answer the phones? I have called for months now, left messages, sent emails to no avail. The only thing they can do is email me an invoice. I need to talk to someone.
