Immediate Care Center

These people are completely useless. Don't waste your time coming here. My wife had blood in her stool and all they could tell her is to wait a week, then "see your primary care provider" if it continues. Thanks for nothing, way to push us away and take our money. Useless. On top of that, 5 minutes after leaving their office, she started to received 50 phone calls per day from spam callers!!!! THESE PEOPLE SOLD HER INFORMATION!!!!

I'm writing this because I had a very good experience and worry that only people who are unhappy write reviews. At 11:30am on a Tuesday I went on the website and made an appointment for 1pm that same day for my mother for wound care. We arrived and were immediately checked in by a friendly receptionist. My mom was moved into a room within 5 minutes. A nurse and Physician Assistant separately reviewed my mom's condition and provided the care she needed. Everyone was kind and professional. We were finished within one hour and happy with everything. The parking lot can be very full but that's my only concern.

Five stars across the board- March of 2024- excellent bedside manner and quality medical care provided by Tony the Physician Assistant, nurses and Front Desk Triage nurse. I appreciate you genuinely caring for my senior, family member. I hope the staff remains the same and should be recognized and appreciated for their hard work.

We just Went Today because my sister in-law got cut on her hand, She said They were very nice and easy to Make her Feel comfortable, and for me long time ago, I Had a issue But now I m better, They are Amazing Team
