We were told the techs would be out to take care of our leaking roof, weve been waiting and waiting and now with more rain its making the roof leak more aggressive. With being told one thing then for this company not to do as they have advices us they would do, to still have no result of the techs coming out to actually do the roof repair work. This company has lack of communication, as well as workmanship. Again told the tech will be out here another day. HOW LONG ARE YOU GOING TO PROLONG DOING THE JOB YOU WERE ALREADY PAID TO DO? Unbelievable. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice when it came to using this company for a roof leak. My warranty company hired them to inspect and repair the roof. I submitted a request to my warranty company and received a text message from Herson requesting times to inspect the roof. We scheduled to have a tech out on a Saturday, but no one showed up at the scheduled time. I contacted Herson, and was told they were held up on another job, and that someone will be out the next day. Sunday came with no communication again, not an update or a call or even text to let me know that no one will be out to inspect the roof. I understand being busy, but there is no excuse for leaving a customer in the dark on the status of repairs. After having my appointment pushed back and still not receiving a time of when to expect a tech to come for an inspection, I opted to cancel the service and see if I could get someone else out. I was told by the warranty company that I had to use One Stop 360, because they "were able to do the work". My argument was the lack of communication and no follow-through when an appointment is scheduled. It took two weeks to work this out between the warranty company and One Stop 360, still only speaking Herson over text, and again being promised that someone will be out to look at the roof. but not scheduling a day or time for the tech to come out.... Today, I received an email from my warranty company for a charge of repair. No one came to my house, or notified me of the extent of the damage to my roof... When I asked Herson when the tech came to my house, he couldn't give me an answer and said he would have to check with the tech. He also stated that they use DRONES to inspect roofs.... WHAT?!?! This has seriously been the worst experience working with a contractor I have ever had. The fact that this company is still in business is astonishing to me... the correspondence with Herson alone was enough to make me question to professionalism of the company. Unbelievable.
