After our experience working with Joey to sell our condo, we cannot recommend him more highly. He helped us prep the unit for photos and showings after our renter moved outdeep cleaning, painting, and fixing some small odds and ends around the homeand had it on the market within a week of the renters move-out. Within a week of listing it, we had received an offer. While luck plays a role, Joey played a huge role as well. He did absolutely everything he said he would do in the timeframe he said he would, if not faster. We live out of state and it could have been a very stressful experience to try to do all of this from a distance, but Joey made it truly painless. He also had people he could immediately bring in to do anything that was needed, including the work around the house and even recommending the lawyer we used for closing. Had he not made these recommendations, or had we not felt we could trust him, we could have spent hours researching and added days or weeks onto our process. His familiarity with the area (Fairfield County) was also priceless. He really knows his stuff. We also always felt he was on our side, looking out for our interests, helping us save money and get the best offer we could and never pressuring us. He was also responsive day and night for any questions, large or small. We would recommend him to anyone with no reservations. Thank you, Joey! We are very grateful.

We moved to CT from Virginia last summer. I did an online search for an agent, submitted the form, and Joe called me immediately. I hired him right away. Joe is an absolute go-getter. He knows the market so well and was on top of every detail every step of the way. He was always available and immediately responsive when I had questions and did many viewings via FaceTime as I was in Virginia during the search. He was also incredibly after we closed with referrals for tradesmen and all other questions we had after the fact. Hes a joy to work with, highly principled, and totally dependable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I worked with Joey for the purchase and the sale of my condo. Joey acts with a sense of urgency and care that is unparalleled. It is often times hard to know who to trust especially when it comes to such major life decisions as buying/selling a home, Joey treats you with kindness, understanding, and as if youre family, making informed suggestions and ultimately having your best interest in mind. Not only did he find this condo in record timing and made the process painless, he was able to sell the condo in record time with a record breaking sale price. Most importantly, Joey doesnt leave you once you sign on the dotted line, he checks in during all parts of the sale to completion and remains in contact with you.
