      image I put my child into this class when she turned 3 and she absolutely loves it. Sensei, Joshu and all of the staff are amazing and so patient with children this young. Initially my daughter was anxious about having male teachers but they helped ease her in within a month.
      For children that are around 3, they start with some light punching, kicking, and obstacle courses to help build flexibility and core strength. When she turned 4, the classes began to focus more on technique.
      After pursuing karate myself for about 15 years when I was younger, I truly feel this school has a lot to offer in terms of building strength and courage. I am seeing a difference in my daughter already. Unfortunately we are moving to another country or else we would have continued. We will miss you TSK!
