I love this service.I was a long client of Steves at his previous workplace Chelsea Piers..When he left and opened his new business I already moved to Charlotte, NC :He then told me he was offering virtual training. I was so excited to hear this and signed up. We have been training this way for 6 months now and Im amazed by my progress! Not only am I getting stronger on my lifts but my body composition is changing for the better as well. The video check ins help with accountability and keeping me motivatedhighly recommended, skilled trainer.

Ive always had a tough time with my weight. Working with Steve, Im down 11lbs and were continuing to push for more! He makes workouts challenging but fun and holds me accountable. Great trainer.

Looks good. Covered my front deck with it. Easy to work with. Used stainless steel staples to fasten it. Only time will tell how it wears.

Steve is a phenomenal trainer. I needed to put on a good deal of muscle for a role, and he was there with a solid plan and encouraged me to reach the goal. I'd recommend him to anyone.
