Dr Niomi has been such a great dentist to my boys they love going to their every visit, super clean facility amazing and friendly staff. Kids love the experience every time! My oldest also goes to the orthodontist on site, again the staff makes my son feel at ease and make every visit a great experience. We love DentalCareKids

The worst experience with my 5 year old son with Dr. Blake and his assistant, zero patience with my son who accidentally cut his tongue and they didn't stop to help him even though he was screaming and the assistant still wanted to slap him leg so that he would be still, for which I took him away with my arm and also that after he cried and finished the treatment they did not have the delicacy to approach me and tell me what to give him for his wound, they only gave me paper since he until he reached The house was still bleeding, everyone there calmly doing their activities regardless of the fact that he was the last patient that day and it was clearly that he was desperate because of the pain and trauma that they had caused him. I warned in advance that he had ADHD to the assistant who spoke Spanish during the treatment, I repeated his language in addition to his hyperactivity and the only thing you could see was a doctor angry for wanting to finish. To be professionals, they do not have any criteria for how to treat a child who has or does not have a condition. Two stars because the doctors and assistants are very caring and helpful. I have severe anxiety about the dentist and both my doctor and her assistant were always understanding with me. I gave two stars because of their customer service. On Monday October 30th I had an appointment at 11am. Unfortunately I woke up not feeling well and ultimately cancelled and rescheduled it for 3:30pm on Tuesday October the 31st. I deliberately asked for 3:30pm as this would be better for my schedule. The person who I spoke to on Monday confirmed a 3:30pm appointment and I was all set. Around 3pm, I received a call from Kaitlyn or Katherine one of the girls at the front desk. She was asking me if I was on my way. I told her my appointment is at 3:30pm I am on my way. She said no my appointment was at 3:00pm. She went back and forth regarding the appointment and my cancellation the day before and said i had rescheduled twice in the past for this specific appointment when no this appointment was made the last time i was there. She was very rude. She kept saying my appointment was at 3:00pm and I explained that I did let the person who helped me the day before that 3:30pm would work best for me not 3:00pm and she had given me 3:30pm option. Instead of apologizing for their mistake she took the route of being completely unapologetic and unhelpful. I ended up arriving 5 minutes before 3:30pm which was always my intention. I went to check in and I said hello and excuse me a couple of times while Katherine or Kaitlyn blatantly ignored me. Another girl ended up checking me in. Is this the type of customer service you have? Regardless of the situation that happened. You should never ignore a customer. Katherine was completely disrespectful and unhelpful. Regardless of her, the rest of the staff is great.
