        WARNING - DO NOT USE Did you ever see the TV show Holmes on Homes? He goes over the work of unsatisfactory contractors. Most of the stories are about unsavory characters with fancy show rooms that lure in unknowledgeable consumers, sign them up, then subcontract the actual work out to anyone whether they can hammer a nail or not. That's EXACTLY what Broadway Kitchens & Bath does. My friend hired them, and Jeff Chinmen (BWKB's owner) never once showed up to review the progress. They had to bring in another contractor to finish the job properly.
