The sales folks at this store are pleasant and knowledgeable. I recently was changed over to the new Altice streaming device. I got an old remote & went over to this store. They quickly gave me the latest remote with digits on the bottom. Why would Optimum put an outdated remote in a brand new streaming box ?

VERY BAD CAME TO MY HOUSE AND RIPPED UP MY WHOLE YARD WHEN I NEVER CALLED FOR THE ORDER. Tried to add fiber optics to my hard when I never asked for it. After they destroyed my from yard they never fixed the their mistake to new.

A+ experience with Alex and Joey. I want to migrate from cable tv to streaming. Alex answered many questions about the process, and Joey familiarized me with various TV options and a sequence to transition. This was, quite honestly, my best experience in decades with Optimum. Kudos to both gentlemen.
