We got our insurance polices through the company in 2016. I had not spoken with anyone from the company since around this time. In 2020, we received three letters in one month stating that the company was changing our polices, and a document to sign to cancel our current policies. I never responded to these documents as we were happy with our current policies and did not want to change them. About a week or two later, I received a packet for our new home owner's policy that had been put into place without our consent. I later learned that a payment had been made to the new homeowner's insurance company and our current policy cancelled--again without any verbal or written permission from us. This created a major hassle for me to get everything fixed. Very shady business practices. Would avoid this company.
