This was my first time at crystal unlimited and I was in love. The prices are what you get when you get genuine A1 quality product. Thank you to the Co-Founder Star for being so helpful, nice , and knowledgeable

DON'T even bother with this shop they are way over priced, like crazy, go to Angel Cooperative in Ridgefield CT, they have a big selection and the prices are reasonable.

THIS REVIEW NOT for the STAMFORD location. I recently stopped in the new location in Fairfield. I wasn't sure if they were open or not, but have been driving by for wks in anticipation! I stopped in today as it looked open and the door was open so I walked in. I walked in excited with a smile on my face said "hi! I've been SO excited for this place to open!" The two girls that were in the store just stared at me, said they open Monday, then they both just went about their business and literally said nothing to me. It was the most awkward experience I've ever experienced. I asked a few questions, but they were so unfriendly and unwelcoming, I just slowly backed out of the store. They didn't even say good bye, let alone have a nice day! As a business owner, excellent customer service is crucial to thriving and making money, ESPCIALLY WHEN YOU ARE FIRST OPENING UP!! If they didn't want anyone in the store they should of put a sign up or locked the door. I probably won't be back at least for a long time. It was very repelling.
