My jacket appears like new, and their skilled tailor expertly repaired two of my severely damaged shirt collars. It is genuinely admirable how dedicated you are to efficiency and customer happiness.         Went to get my coat dry cleaned and it was clearly and visibly still dirty . They just wanted me to take it back and re clean it when I did not want too . No refunds clearly they should state that as well .
